This report answers the question:
How did specific courses perform on assessments? How do they compare to each other?
Credo Insights defaults to show all data available in a report - for the Assessment report, the default view is to see all assessments, compared by course.
If there is too much data to process you may see a message that states "Too many values selected for visualization". You will need to apply some filters to generate a chart and corresponding table.
Select the desired assessment(s) to get started and the report will show the average performance on the assessment, compared by course. Selecting an assessment automatically selects all questions within the assessment.
If you hover over an assessment, you will see the average % correct across all students at your institution. You will also see the total number of responses - this represents the number of students who attempted a question x the number of questions. For example, if 5 students attempted 5 questions of a quiz, the # of responses would be 25.
Notes on Course Filters:
Course information is captured through an integration with your LMS or from the Quiz Form that students complete when taking quizzes on a LibGuide or other website. The INFOLIT course represents the InfoLit Modules platform and contains any assessment taken outside of your LMS, or before March 2018 when the filter for LMS-integrated Courses was established. It also contains information gathered if your Quiz Form has not been configured to include course information.
You can also see the corresponding table, downloadable as CSV (below the chart), for an export of this report.
