Locate these browser error reports before emailing Credo Support. These reports will help troubleshoot your issue.
Step 1: Click on the three dots to the right-hand side of the browser. Select More Tools, then Developer Tools.
Step 2: Click on the red circle with an X in it to pull up any errors.
Step 3: When the errors show up at the bottom of the developer console, click on the gear icon to configure which errors are displayed.
Step 4: Check the three boxes next to Log XMLHttpRequests, Show timestamps, and Autocomplete from history.
Step 5: Screenshot the resulting errors and attach to an email to Credo support.
